You will find the shop down the alley off Arbor Vitae. There is no marble reception and no coffee machine. What there is, is a man who will tell you what is wrong with your car, quote it quickly, and in a lot of cases have it back to you the same day.
That is the thread running through the reviews. My car blew a very hard-to-get-to freeze plug and after calling several shops Adolfo is the only one who made the ENTIRE PROCESS EASY, with a very quick estimate.
